These are organic, vegan Marlborough wines, small-batch Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc, reliant on selected block from the family’s vines and exceptional fruit selection. Not to mention the skill of one of the region’s most well-regarded winemakers.

Aromas of white peach and melon, along with the more traditional nuances of citrus and tropical. There is also an intriguing 'funk' and lanolin note that brings all the aromas together and provide a wonderful transition through to the palate. A fantastic lean yet supple long mid palate with chewy white blossom and a richness of character, almost salty. The wine is understated and has length and a mouth­watering succulence with wonderful persistence to it that will enhance any food dish especially shellfish.
