Cancellations & Returns Policy

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before date of delivery or collection. A refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation made within 48 hours of date of dispatch or collection.

If we receive notice of your cancellation in time, we will cancel the order in full.

Returns and Refunds  

We only accept returns on damaged goods, and perishable items cannot be returned – this includes all cheese, dairy, and vegan cheese products.   

 

 

You must inform us of your return request within 24 hours of receipt of purchase by email at orders@wearestarterculture.com.

Returned item(s) must be sent back in original, complete, and undamaged packaging. If items are not returned to us in the original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. All returned goods must be accompanied by the delivery slip or order number. 

In the event of a refund, we will issue this within 14 days of when the issue was flagged. This refund will be in the form of store credit. Cash refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the store manager.

 

Tasting Events

If you would like to cancel a booking for one of our tasting events, please note that for a full refund, cancellations are allowed up to a week before the event. Refunds will be given as a gift voucher to be used in the shop.
