100% Listan Banco (aka Palomino) from two farms in Granadilla de Abona on the high, Southern slopes of Mt. Teide the volcano: Los Frontones, the highest vineyard in Spain at an altitude of 1687 m, and Cruz de Tea, located at 950 m.a.s.l. Ungrafted root stock vineyards going back over 80 years. Wild Yeast ferment in foudre and stainless steel.
